					<description><![CDATA[Excellent article that I was delighted to be part of - I think PACT is remarkably useful. 
Personally, I believe we are developing a very important skill - resilience! There is no achievement if we don&#039;t keep trying and must bounce back when we approach challenging times during lockdown.
Improving vital skills like emotion-regulation, mindfulness and positivity are all contributing to building resilience to help us succeed in our personal and professional development. 
I will continue to ask LSST students to speak up and share thoughts on how they are getting on with PACT and mindfulness practice.]]></description>

I believe is important to understand yourself, your feelings, your deepest thoughts and beliefs, especially when life is challenging you, by doing that you can work, change, improve and keep a strong and positive mind and mental wellbeing. Always focusing your energy to see the positive outcome of any obstacle life is approaching us. We have to think rationally and wisely choose to be calm rather than stressed.
