This bootcamp has been thoughtfully designed with learners in mind, especially those who bring a wealth of life experience and knowledge to the table. On this journey together, learners will be boosting their skills and enhancing their career opportunities.

Over the next 12 weeks, learners will engage in practical, hands-on sessions and collaborative activities, all designed to help you build the confidence and competencies needed in today’s workplace. Introduction of LSST’s Bootcamp and Learners
This bootcamp is specifically designed for individual learners eager to enhance their skills and explore new career opportunities. Whether you’re returning to work, considering a career change, or looking to refresh your existing skills, this programme caters to your needs. LSST focuses on equipping learners with the digital and transferable skills essential in today’s job market.
The course is practical, engaging, and directly relevant to learner’s goals. It is aimed at Londoners aged 19 and over, helping individuals enter employment, upskill, or change careers. The training provides access to in-demand, sector-specific skills and guarantees a job interview upon completion.
Additional support includes guidance on entering professional working environments, with a focus on post-pandemic and contemporary working practices. The programme is built on ILM level 3 principles and does not involve formal assessment, making it accessible to all.
Duration
The bootcamp runs over 12 weeks, with 72 hours of guided learning. Each week, learners will take part in a 6-hour session, made up of a 3-hour tutor-led session in the morning and a 3-hour session in the afternoon dedicated to peer-to-peer activities and discussions.

Format
This course is delivered primarily through face-to-face sessions, allowing for direct interaction and personalised support.
