In partnership with the Department of Education and the Greater London Authority, LSST is delivering a free Bootcamp designed to address professional skills shortages across London.  

Led by subject matter experts and funded by the UK Government, the 12-week Bootcamp has been designed to enhance employers’ capabilities in hiring the very best into their junior level professional services roles with candidates who will be ready to thrive. Here are some of the roles our Bootcamp can provide excellent candidates for:

We’ll work closely with you to determine your business’s skills gaps, and then shape the relevant Skills Bootcamp curriculum to meet your needs.  

Why should you partner with us? 

Most of our learners will have recently graduated from one of our business management degrees and are now completing the Bootcamp as they were still struggling to find their next role after finishing their studies. You will be getting a keen graduate who has also undergone extra training in order to upskill themselves and propel them onto their next career. 

All of our learners are from widening participation backgrounds so interviewing some of our learners will help with your DEI initiatives but, more importantly, bring fresh ideas to your organisation. We are also looking for organisations to get involved in the designing of the Bootcamp and delivering some of the sessions to really make an impact.
