A 6-week, hands-on training programme designed for hospitality staff who want to progress into supervisory or specialist bar roles. Training is delivered on licensed premises to provide real workplace experience alongside expert-led sessions in mixology, customer service, and leadership.

Weeks 1–2 Hospitality management, customer service, stock control, alcohol law, supervising peak service
Weeks 3–4 Fundamentals of mixology, classic cocktails, signature drinks, presentation, mocktails
Weeks 5–6 Flavour pairing, infusions, advanced techniques, creativity, practical assessment
  • Mixology (Core): Cocktail foundations, speed & accuracy, customer experience
  • Advanced Mixology: Dry ice, foams, syrups, creative cocktail design
  • Wine Studies: Wine knowledge, pairing, upselling techniques
  • WSET Level 1 in Spirits: Globally recognised spirits qualification
    • Bar Health & Safety: Licensing, hygiene, workplace compliance
  • Bar Supervisor Module: Leadership, shift management, incident reporting
  • Employees aged 19+
  • Living and working in London
  • Have the support of your employer (who is willing to pay the financial contribution)
  • Working 16+ hours per week (zero-hour contracts are not eligible)
  • Keen to develop mixology skills
  • Develop confident supervisors ready to lead busy shifts
