De Montfort University Partnership Update - Feb 2026
London School of Science and Technology (LSST) and De Montfort University (DMU) have agreed to conclude their long-standing academic partnership in a planned and orderly manner.
This decision was taken by mutual agreement following discussions between both institutions and reflects a shared commitment to ensuring continuity, quality, and student protection throughout the transition period.
LSST is no longer recruiting new students onto DMU-validated programmes. Students currently registered on these programmes will be supported to complete their studies in line with agreed teach-out arrangements, with academic standards and student experience remaining a priority throughout.
LSST continues to work closely with DMU to ensure that all regulatory, academic, and contractual obligations are met, and that students are appropriately supported for the duration of their studies.
