IT Support

LSST’s IT Support Service provides assistance to all staff and students for any IT-related enquiries and technical issues.

Services Provided

The IT Support team supports a wide range of services, including:
ID Cards User Accounts and Login Passwords
LSST Email Accounts Assignment Access Technical Support
Assignment Software Support Internet & Wi-Fi Access
Troubleshooting networking, hardware or software problems

One-to-one IT Support

Drop-in sessions are available for IT-related issues:

  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Time: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Availability: Term time only

The E-Resources LSST portal is the main access point for all systems, platforms, and learning resources.

LSST Connect – Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)

LSST Connect is the main platform for online learning, teaching materials, and collaboration.

Access to LSST Connect

  • You will be automatically enrolled in your modules before each semester
  • Your modules will appear once you log in
