Our Employer Engagement Executives drive real job outcomes by matching learners to guaranteed interviews aligned with their career goals. All interviews are strategically scheduled post-training to meet GLA funding requirements and secure progression milestones. Learners receive focused, vacancy-specific interview preparation to build confidence, overcome past setbacks, and significantly increase their chances of success.

Learners are fully supported through the interview process. While mock interviews may take place earlier in the programme, our team provides targeted, vacancy-specific interview preparation to build confidence and improve performance. Many learners have experienced previous rejection or low confidence, so making this preparation count is essential.

Our goal is to ensure that every learner approaches their interview well-prepared, confident, and ready to succeed.
